2. Verify that the username mentioned in the Email Configuration in BUSY is correct.
3. If you encounter error code 114, check the password mentioned in the email configuration.
4. Ensure that BUSY is excluded from your antivirus and is not blocked by the Windows Firewall.
5. If you receive error code 3, review the SMTP server mentioned in the email configuration and correct it according to your email ID.
6. If you encounter error code 4, check the port mentioned in the Port field of the email configuration and correct it according to the SMTP server information.
In BUSY, you can only send emails; there is no provision available to receive emails
