To configure gmail account in BUSY for sending invoices and documents, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Email Configuration and fill in the required details, such as SMTP Server, Username & Password, etc. You need to generate App Password from the gmail account and enter in BUSY.
Step 3: Click on Test Account Settings to verify that you can send a test mail successfully.
Step 4: Once you have configured your email settings, you can send invoices and documents via email from BUSY.
