Step 4: Then enter the app password in the field of password here.

To add letterheads, headers, and footers while sending invoices by email from BUSY, follow these steps:
1. Go to the email configuration settings in BUSY.
2. Enter your personal name as the sender.
3. Specify any header or footer text you want to include, such as greetings or regards.
4. Save the configuration.
5. Send an email to test the settings and see if the letterheads, headers, and footers are included.
Note: It is important to note that BUSY may not have the option to add letterheads, headers, and footers specifically for invoices.

How can I resolve issues with sending emails from BUSY?

If facing issues with sending emails from BUSY first check SMTP server with your respective mail id and then generate app password from email id. Please find below mention steps for generate password from email:-
Step 1:- Login Email
Step 2:- Settings
Step 3:- All settings
Step 4:- Other google account settings
Step 5:- Securities, generate password for app select other and enter BUSY and then generate password copy and paste password in BUSY email configration.

I am unable to send an email with the 'save and send later' option. How can this be resolved?

If you see a Save and Send Later message while sending an email and want to disable it, follow these steps
Step 1. Go to Administration and click on users option.
Step 2. Then click on modify option under user menu.
Step 3: Choose the user who is encountering the Save and Send Later message.
Step 4: Disable the option labeled Always send Email SMS Notification in Offline Mode by setting it to N.
Step 5: Save the changes by clicking the save button, and then verify the status again.

Reasons for bounced back emails and resolutions when sending from BUSY ERP to certain email IDs?

Reason for bounced back emails while sending email from BUSY ERP and its resolutions are mentioned below
There may be multiple reasons of bouned back email
Reason 1 Email id may be incorrect in party master
Reason 2 More than one email mentioned in party master, if want to mention more than one email kindly use comma between multiple email ID
Check the given resolution for bounced back email
Resolution 1 Enter the correct email id in party master
Resolution 2 Use Comma if using multiple email id in party master

I'm having trouble sending confirmation emails from the accounting software. How can I resolve this?

For not sending mail from BUSY please check the email configration settings. Please follow below mention steps for checking email configration:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Configration
Step 3:- Email Configration, check SMTP server details and id and generate password for BUSY app from google settings then securities set generate password and enter in BUSY. SMTP server is different for different domains like for Gmail its SMTP.GMAIL.COM

Why are my email and messaging options not visible in BUSY when trying to reconfigure?

If you cannot see the Email Configuration and SMS Configuration options in BUSY, you may need to check two things: 
1. The model of BUSY that you are using. The Basic model does not have these options, so you may need to upgrade to a higher model, such as Standard or Enterprise.
2. The permissions that you have to access all the features. You may not have the rights to configure email and SMS settings, so you may need to contact your administrator or supervisor to grant you the access.
