To send invoices and vouchers via SMS and email after saving them in BUSY, you can configure SMS and email alerts for vouchers. This can be done by going to the Configuration menu and selecting SMS/Email Configuration. From there, you can set up the necessary details such as the SMS gateway and email server settings. Once configured, BUSY will automatically send the invoices and vouchers via SMS and email to the designated recipients.

To configure yahoo mail in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Email Configuration and click on Send Directly.
Step 3: Mention SMTP server as smtp.mail.yahoo.com and then enter yahoo id and password.
Step 4: You have to generate app password from yahoo account and mention in BUSY.
Step 5: Enter other details and click on Test Account Settings to send a test mail then save.

Yes, if your customer has lost their downloaded vouchers you can resend their vouchers through BUSY.
You can resend your voucher to your customer via email/Whatsapp. All you have to do is open your invoice which you have to send to your customer and click on email if you want to send via email through WhatsApp then you have to select SMS which is available on the top right side of the voucher.

If you are unable to view PDF attachments in emails sent through BUSY, you can follow these steps.
 Step 1. Verify that your internet connection has a good speed.
 Step 2. Ensure that you have correctly downloaded the PDF file from the email attachment.
 Step 3. Confirm that you have installed a PDF reader on your machine, and it is functioning correctly.
 Step 4. Check that the PDF file is not corrupted.

If your BUSY app password keep changing every time then please follow the

 Step 1: Don't share the email credential to any one.
 Step 2: Don't share the company log in credential which you use to log in.

 Step:2 Select the manage your google account.
 Step:3 Select the security option.
 Step:4 Navigate to 2 step verification and turn on it.
 Step:5 Then drag your cursor to the bottom and generate app password.
 Step:6 Copy that password and mention in email configuration in the BUSY.
