If you are unable to send email from BUSY and it gives error , you may follow given steps:-
1: If showing error code 114 while send email do create app password by security and feed in password field in email configuration.
2: If showing error code 3 then do check smtp server name in email configuration.
3: If showing error code 4 then do check by changing internet in system.

Steps for generating app password for sending mail from BUSY accouting software by using gmail id.
 Step:1 Login your mail id.
 Step:2 Select the manage your google account.
 Step:3 Select the security option.
 Step:4 Navigate to 2 step verification and turn on it.
 Step:5 Then drag your cursor to the bottom and generate app password.
 Step:6 Copy that password and mention in email configuration in the BUSY.

Steps to send the sales data with tax bifurcation for filling the GST returns.
 Step:1 Go to the display option then select account books.
 Step:2 Select account books standard option then select sale register.
 Step:3 Make sure to yes on the show bifurcation of amounts.
 Step:4 Then navigate to the top of the screen to select the email option and send directly sales data to the
 accountant.

To configure email for a user in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with that user and go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Configuration then click on Email Configuration.
Step 3: Here you need to mention SMTP Server, username, password, for gmail is you need to generate app password from your google account.

When you sent the emails but some certain emails are bouncing back, It means that the email which you have menioned in the party master is incorrect. 
 Pls follow the below steps for correcting the email Id in the party master :
 Step 1: Click on administration
 Step 2: Then Masters
 Step 3: Then modify
 Step 4: Select the party and correct the email Id.

Untick the option "Add 'Sent from BUSY' to outgoing emails" and save the changes. This will prevent the addition of the message to your emails.

You can email the reports to others from BUSY by following these steps:
 Step 1: Open the report you want to email and click on the Email button or press ALT+M.
