To email configuration in BUSY,below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select email configuration now mention the smtp server name, email id in username, app password generated thourgh gmail id.
Step 3: Then mention the your name in from and mention your mail id in reply to option then click on save button.

To attach documents like invoices or reports to emails in BUSY, you can follow these steps
 Step 1:- Print/Email/Sms Menu
 Step 2:- Invoice Document
 Step 3:- Select particulat voucher type like sales, purchage etc. option
 Step 4 : Select party and specify date range 
 Step 5 : Select the Print . 
 Note : Invoice and Other documentsautomatically attached .

The issue of emails not being delivered from BUSY can be resolved by configuring the email settings correctly in the software. Ensure that the email ID and password are entered correctly, and the SMTP server settings are accurate. Additionally, check if there are any firewall or antivirus settings blocking the emails. If the issue persists, contact BUSY support for further assistance.

BUSY does not have a built-in feature to send emails from multiple company accounts. However, you can configure BUSY to send emails from a single email account by setting up email settings in the software. If you want to send emails from multiple company accounts, you would need to manually switch the email account settings each time before sending an email.

Yes, it is possible to send ledger report via email in BUSY.follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display and click on accounts books.
Step 2: Open account ledger report and sent via email on top option or press Alt + M.
Step 3: Or simply press Alt + L open account ledgerand sent via email on top option or press Alt + M.

If issue is coming while sending invoice to the customer through email via sms via whatsapp, then Pls follow the below steps:
 Step 1:Make sure that the configuration has been done in BUSY should be proper. 
 Step 2: Internet Connectivity should be proper
 Step 3: Exclude the BUSY in the Antivirus so that antivirus will not block the BUSY software.

To transfer customer data from BUSY to another application, you would need to export the data from BUSY in a compatible format, such as CSV or Excel. Then, you can import this exported data into the other application using their import functionality. Make sure to map the fields correctly during the import process to ensure the data is transferred accurately.

 Step 5:- Securities, generate password for app select other and enter BUSY and then generate password copy and paste password in BUSY email configration.

To add email address in account master , you need to follow the given steps: 
 Step 1: Go to administration and then click on master menu 
 Step 2: Then click on account tab then choose modify tab 
 Step 3: Select the required account master then mention the email address in account email field and save the master.
