I am unable to send emails from Bizzy to customers. How can I resolve this issue?

If you are not able to send email from BUSY please check email configration properly. Please follow below mention steps for check email configration:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Configration
Step 3:- Email Configration, check SMTP server details and id and generate password for BUSY app from google settings then securities set generate password and enter in BUSY.

How do I configure the accounting software to send automated emails to clients?

For sending automatic email after saving invoice please follow below mention steps:-

Step 3:- Sales, select series of voucher and then click on right side voucher series configration option

What changed in the new version that stopped automatic emailing of PDF invoices?

No changes has been implemented in BUSY regarding E-mail with invoice as PDF attachement. Please check the following step to share invoice in attachement with e-mail:
Step 1: Open company in BUSY
Step 2: Go to Administration tab and click configuration option
Step 3: Click on E-mail Configuration
Step 4: Select PDF Attachement option in send report as section
Step 5: Save the configuration

How to change email id mention in BUSY for sending invoice and reports from BUSY as not able to access that mail id

For changing the mail id in BUSY need to follow these steps. 
Step:1 Go to administraiton.
Step:2 Select Configuration from it.
Step:3 Then select email configuration.

To change the email SMTP settings in BUSY to send email from it, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Email Configuration and can change the SMTP server and other necessary details such as username, password, port, etc and save changes.
