No changes has been implemented in BUSY regarding E-mail with invoice as PDF attachement. Please check the following step to share invoice in attachement with e-mail:
Step 1: Open company in BUSY
Step 2: Go to Administration tab and click configuration option
Step 3: Click on E-mail Configuration
Step 4: Select PDF Attachement option in send report as section
Step 5: Save the configuration

Steps to follow for apply the email header and footer in BUSY.
 Step:1 Go to the administration option.
 Step:2 Select configuration and then email configuration.
 Step:3 Navigate to the right end side of the screen you will find email header and email footer option configure according to your needs.
 Step:4 And the last step to save the configuration.

For changing the mail id in BUSY need to follow these steps. 
 Step:1 Go to administraiton. 
 Step:2 Select Configuration from it. 
 Step:3 Then select email configuration. 
 Step:4 Can change email id. 
 Step:5 Need to generate app password for new mail id from the security option in the manage my google account settings.

If email is not sending through BUSY , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to adminidtration then configuration 
Step 2: Select email configuration
Step 3: Click on test account setting 
Step 4: Check all configuration 
Step 5: If error 114 showed for wrong password
Step 6: Create app password from gmail id account setting and replace with the old one

For sending mail after saving invoice please follow below mention steps:-
 Step 1:- Administration Tab
 Step 2:- Voucher series configration 
 Step 3:- Sales, select series of voucher and then click on right side voucher series configration option 
 Step 4:- enable option Send email after saving.
 After enable option when save bill ask for send email option

To change the email SMTP settings in BUSY to send email from it, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Email Configuration and can change the SMTP server and other necessary details such as username, password, port, etc and save changes.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

To include headers and footers in your emails sent from BUSY, you will typically need to configure email templates or settings within the software. To view reports and statements in BUSY, you can use the BUSY mobile app. It allows you to access and view over 100 reports, including sales, purchase, receivable, payable, and stock data. Simply download the BUSY mobile app, log in with your account credentials, and navigate to the reports section to view the desired reports and statements.

BUSY doesn't have any junk email folder. Further some mail can be saved in the offline mode, to check them you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Utilities.
 Step 2: Select Offline E-Mail / SMS and can see the offline save emails, you can can send them or can delete also.
