To add email address in account master , you need to follow the given steps: 
 Step 1: Go to administration and then click on master menu 
 Step 2: Then click on account tab then choose modify tab 
 Step 3: Select the required account master then mention the email address in account email field and save the master.

The error message "connection failed" when trying to connect BUSY to email could be due to issues with the SMTP server or incorrect email settings. It is recommended to check the email settings, ensure the SMTP server is correctly configured, and verify the internet connection. If the issue persists, contacting the customer support team for further assistance would be advisable.

The issue could be related to the email settings in BUSY.
 Step 1 : It is recommended to check the email configuration and ensure that the settings are correct. Step 2 : Additionally, make sure that the email addresses of the customers are entered correctly and Step 3 : There are no issues with the email server or internet connection.

If you want to send Test mails from BUSY after configuratoin email then follow the steps.
 Step 1. Go to Administration menu
 Step 2. Then click on configuration 
 Step 3. Now click on Email Configuration.
 Step 4. Now click on Test Account Setting button under Email configuraton page then you will get an popup of 
 Email sent successfully.

To know if your email is configured correctly in BUSY, You can follow the below steps
 Step 1. Open Company with Super User.
 Step 2. Go to Administration
 Step 3. Click on E-mail Configuration.
 Step 4. Select Test Account Settings, and a pop-up will confirm that the email has been sent successfully, 
 indicating that your email configuration is correct.

To diagnose problems with sending email from BUSY, you can check the email configuration settings in the software. Make sure that the correct email address and SMTP server details are entered. Additionally, check if any antivirus or firewall settings are blocking the email sending process. You can also try sending a test email to confirm if the issue is resolved.

To configure email in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select email configuration now mention the smtp server name, email id in username, app password generated thourgh gmail id.
Step 3: Then mention the your name in from and mention your mail id in reply to option then click on save button.

Steps to follow for apply the email header and footer in BUSY.
 Step:1 Go to the administration option.
 Step:2 Select configuration and then email configuration.
 Step:3 Navigate to the right end side of the screen you will find email header and email footer option configure according to your needs.
 Step:4 And the last step to save the configuration.

There could be various reasons for being unable to send emails from BUSY, such as
 Step 1 : Incorrect email settings
 Step 2: Network issues
 Step 3 : Email server problems.
 Step 4 : To fix this, one can check the email settings, ensure a stable network connection, and contact the email service provider to resolve any server issues.
