 Step:1 Login with the admin user.
 Step:2 Go to administration option.
 Step:3 select users.
 Step:4 Modify the user whose password need to change.
 Step;5 Then mention the new password and save then cofiguration and restart company again.

To enable two step verification in gmail , you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Sign in you Gmail account.
 Step 2: Then Go to Google account settings
 Step 3: Now Click on secuity tab appear in left side of screen.
 Step 4: Enable two step verification from security tab.

Steps to follow if showing error while sending the mail from BUSY.
 Step:1 Check internet connectivity it should be properly connected.
 Step:2 Ensure 2 step verificaton is enabled and app password is generated from manage my google account option.
 Step:3 Smtp server name and the credentials should be correct.

To manage your Google account security settings from within BUSY, you can find the option by going to your Google account settings. Click on the profile icon, then select "Manage your Google Account." From there, navigate to the "Security" section where you can manage your security settings, including two-step verification.

You can change the email Id for the sending the emails from BUSY.

 Step 3: Then Email Configuration
 Step 4: Go to the server configuration
 Step 5: Mention the change email Id and password

To send invoices automatically via email to your distributors, you need to enter their email address in their account master. You can do this when you create their account, or later by modifying it. Once you update the email id, the invoices will be sent by email to the distributors.

You can change the email address for the sending the emails from BUSY.

To fix email sending errors after changing your email password in BUSY, you need to update the password in the software's email settings. Go to the email configuration section in BUSY and enter your new email password. Make sure to save the changes. This should resolve the email sending errors.

For changing the mail id in BUSY need to follow these steps.
 Step:1 Go to Administraiton
 Step:2 Select Configuration
 Step:3 Then Email configuration
 Step:4 Can change email id.
 Step:5 Need to generate app password for new mail id from the security option in the manage my google account settings.

While sending email from BUSY if invoice is not in attachement, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open company in BUSY
Step 2: Go to Administration tab and click configuration option
Step 3: Click on E-mail Configuration
Step 4: Select PDF Attachement option in send report as section
Step 5: Save the configuration
