If you have changed your email Id password then you need to enter the password in the BUSY. 
 Pls Follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Click on Administration
 Step 2: Then Configurations
 Step 3: Then Email Configuration
 Step 4: Change the password of the email Id

Steps to follow for sending bulk emails.
 Step:1 Go to administration and then select utilites option from it.
 Step:2 Then select send emails option.
 Step:3 Select account group or pick emails from vouchers option.
 Step:4 And can also use external attachment feature too.
 Step:5 Click on send button.

To configure BUSY to automatically send invoices in PDF format, you can go to the "Configuration" section and select the "Invoice Settings" option. From there, you can enable the option to automatically send invoices via email and choose the PDF format as the preferred file format for sending invoices.

For verification of gmail is correct configured or not check by sending direct mail from BUSY if it send successful then the gmail is correct configured. If issue then check settings in email configration and generate app password from google settings enter that password in BUSY email configuration.

Yes, there are limitations to the attachment capability. The number of attachments that can be sent in one email is limited to one. Additionally, there may be limitations on the size of the attachment that can be sent. Only one attachment can be sent at one time.

 Step 3:- Email Configration, enter SMTP server details and id and generate password for BUSY app from google settings then securities set generate password and enter in BUSY.

Steps to follow when password is rejected in BUSY's email configuration
 Step:1 Login your gmail account and go to manage my google account.
 Step:2 select security option and turn on 2 step verification.
 Step:3 Generate app password and copy paste that password in BUSY's email configuration.

In BUSY, Email must be entered correctly with proper domain in order to avoid any error while sending mail. Further, BUSY will not display any error related to special characters and if any special character is available in mail , you need to correct it manually.
