To modify BUSY user settings and disable email prompts, go to
Step 1 : CLick on administration
Step 2 : Then users
Step 3 : select the user you want to modify, and turn off the option for "Sending prompt to send mail offline." Then, save the changes.

Steps to follow for resolving the issue of not attaching the invoices while sending on mail.
 Step:1 Go to administration and then select configuration from it.
 Step:2 Then select email configuration option.
 Step:3 And make sure send reports option is selected as pdf attachment.

Yes, email configuration feature is available in BUSY.
To configure email in BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration option.
Step 2: Select email configuration and mention the smtp server name, email id in username, app password generated thourgh mail id.

To ensure that the SMS e-invoice is sent in the proper business format in BUSY, you can customize the SMS format in the software settings. Make sure to enter the correct customer name and other details in the SMS template to ensure proper formatting.

In BUSY, you can email bills and invoices to parties with mail IDs by generating the invoice and selecting the option to email it and then mention the email ID in party master it willl automatically pick  then click on sent email button.

 Step 3:- Email Configration, check SMTP server details and id and generate password for BUSY app from google settings then securities set generate password and enter in BUSY.

If you want to confirm that your Invoice PDF are sent properly from BUSY then follow the steps.
 Step 1. Confirm with your recipient.
 Step 2. If you not facing any error or mesage after sending any emails that menas it if working fine.

Email attachments are sent to email addresses and cannot be accessed through mobile numbers. If you need to share a file or document with someone through email , you should use their email address to ensure they can receive and access the attachment properly.
