 Step 1. Install BUSY latest mobile application from Google play store or App store. 
 Step 2. There should be must have PDF viewer \ reader. 
 Step 3. BUSY application must be updated in latest release.

To change the financial year in the BUSY mobile app, you can go to 
Step 1 : open BUSY mobile app
Step 2 : go to settings section of the app.
Step 3 : Look for an option that allows you to select or change the financial year. 
Step 4 : Follow the prompts or instructions provided to make the necessary changes.

If you are unable to login to the BUSY mobile app, the issue could be due to invalid credentials or connectivity problems. Please ensure that you are entering the correct login credentials and check your internet connection.

To download the BUSY mobile app for iPhone, you can go to:
Step 1 : the App Store on your iPhone and search for "BUSY app." Once you find the app, click on "Get" to download and install it on your device. 
Step 2 : After that, you can complete the activation process using the activation code provided to you.

If data is not showing in the BUSY mobile app after purchase,you need to follow:
Step 1 : create BDEP id in BUSY desktop version 
Step 2 : create mobile app user
Step 3 : click on administration
Step 4 : data export import
Step 5 : cloud sync
Step 6 : bulk upload
Step 7 : login BUSY mobile app, data will start appearing

To enable sales quotation entry in the mobile app, you need to have the necessary permissions granted in the app:
Step 1 : click on administration
Step 2 : users
Step 3 : cloud sync users
Step 4 : tick on transactions rights for quotation
Step 5 : save
Step 6 : run incremental upload
Step 7 : check BUSY mobile app and add quotation entry

it depend upon the time you define in BUSY agent utility for incremental upload.while enable mobile app use cloud sync option in that cloud sync option to bulk upload the data from BUSY desktop to BUSY mobile app and changes made reflection use incremental upload in BUSY agent utility define interval timing, it will upload data in backend

If the representative asked for the serial number but you haven't received the BUSY mobile app activation code, you should check your registered email as the activation code is usually sent there.

To stop the demo company name from appearing in themobile app, you can go to the settings of the app and select the option to switch to your own company data. This will remove the demo company name and display your own company's information instead. But for that first you have to purchase your BUSY mobile app license
