To receive SMS notifications from the software you can fix this Problem by the following steps are as under : 
 Step 1. Your Internet Connection should be good and proper. 
 Step 2. BUSY BNS application should be latest updated. 
 Step 3. Check if there are any restrictions or blocks on your mobile device that may be preventing the notifications from being received. 
 Step 4. Make sure that your mobile number is registered and activated for SMS notifications in the software. 
 Step 5. Restart your mobile device and the software to refresh the settings and connections.

To send bills or invoices via SMS/WhatsApp from BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Confirm that the WhatsApp configuration has been appropriately set up and tested.
 Step 2: Open the desired invoice within the software.
 Step 3: When prompted with the printing options, opt for the SMS option and select the WhatsApp API Channel name.
 Step 4: Input the WhatsApp number to which the invoice should be sent (defaulted from the Account Master).
 Step 5: Execute the process by clicking on 'Send SMS' to transmit the invoice via WhatsApp.
 It's important to note that this procedure must be repeated for each invoice, as BUSY currently lacks an automated feature for sending invoices via WhatsApp.

If your WhatsApp messages are not going through to customers when you attempt to send invoices from your accounting software, there could be several reasons for this issue. Below are common factors to consider and troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:
 Step 1 : Ensure that you have a stable and active internet connection. 
 Step 2 : Double-check that the phone numbers or contact details for your customers are accurate and up to date. 
 Step 3 :Verify that your accounting software has the necessary permissions to access WhatsApp and send messages. 
 Step 4 : Confirm that your phone number or business account is not on the recipient's spam or block list.

To link your mobile number in BUSY to receive SMS notifications, you need to register your mobile number in the BUSY mobile app. Since BNS is a mobile-based service that often involves mobile number registration, here are some general steps you can follow:
 Step 1: Go to the Administration
 Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
 Step 3: Select General tab and enable Event Notification
 Step 4: Set the occurance of event, you have to select the type of event and user
 Step 5: Mention contact no on which notification to be shared.(This option work with BUSY BNS Application)
 Please note, option is available in Standard model of BUSY and with active BLS

Follow below instrutions for diagonse the issue which you are facing regarding the faulty SMS delivery mechanism.
 1: Check internet connection first.
 2: Then check your window security or antivirus settings as well.
 As it may block the BUSY, so you have to exclude it from window security or firewall.
 If still not resolve then you follow these alternate options:
 Step 1: Go in open company.
 Step 2: Then go in administration option.
 Step 3: Select configuration.
 Step 4: Then in dropdown select SMS API configuration.
 Step 5: Then add new format.
 Step 6: Tick right on upload pdf.
 Step 7: Then define the SMS API again.
 Step 8: Save and check it.

To change the WhatsApp number that receives billing notifications from BUSY, you will need to go to the settings or preferences section of the BUSY. .To set up SMS notifications for billing and other important events in BUSY, you need to follow :
 Step 1 : click on administration
 Step 2 : configuration
 Step 3 : features and options
 Step 4 : general
 Step 5 : enable BDEP ID and create unique new BDEP ID
 Step 6 : enable event notification
 Step 7 : configure notification for billing add,modify and delete
 Step 8 : Your changes will send notification in BUSYBNS app as notification
 Step 9 : BLS must be active

To send a Sales Voucher using the "BUSYBNS" feature, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1 :Enter your login credentials to access the software.
 Step 2 :Navigate to the Quotation section within the software.
 Step 3 :Create a new Sales Voucher or open an existing one that you want to send via BNS.
 Step 4 :After preparing the Sales Voucher, make sure to save it within the software.
 Step 5 :With the Sales voucher voucher open, press the Alt+Y keyboard shortcut. This keyboard shortcut triggers the BUSYBNS function to send the Sales voucher via BNS.
 Step 6 : After pressing Alt+Y, the software should initiate the BNS sending process.
