To make sure your WhatsApp messages, like invoices, get to the recipient and they read them in BUSY, just do this:
Step 1: Make sure you've set up and tested your WhatsApp Configuration.
Step 2: Send the invoice to the recipient.
Step 3: Ask the recipient to check their WhatsApp on their phone or computer.
Step 4: When you see two blue checkmarks in WhatsApp, it means the message has been delivered and seen by the customer.
