To configure settings for sending bills on WhatsApp in BUSY,by follow Steps :
Step 1 : Download the desktop version of BUSY
Step 2 : CLick on administration
Step 3 :configuration
Step 4 : SMS Configuration and create a new format.
Step 5 : Select WhatsApp as the channel.
Step 6 : Enter the WhatsApp number where the invoice has to be sent. This will pull the number from the Account Master.
Step 7 : Click on Send SMS to send the invoice to individual whatsapp number
8. The bill will be sent automatically to the specified WhatsApp number."

If you have restarted your computer and WhatsApp is still not working, you can try the following steps:
 Step 1 : Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
 Step 2 : Check if there are any updates available for WhatsApp and install them.
 Step 3 : Uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp on your computer.
 Step 4 : Clear the cache and cookies of your web browser.
 Step 5 : Disable any antivirus or firewall software temporarily and see if WhatsApp works.

Step 7: Select Voucher Type & Series
Step 8: Voucher Configuration
Step 9: Enable the option send SMS after saving the voucher.
Step 10: When we save the voucher then sms will get send on whatsapp with invoice pdf link.

The possible reasons for unable to send WhatsApp messages through BUSY could include:
 1. Your system must have Windows 8 or above because WhatsApp is not supported on Windows 7.
 2. BUSY should be excluded from antivirus.
 3. BUSY must not blocked in window firewall.
 4. Whatsapp API configured in BUSY must be correct.
 5. .NET Framework should be instaled in system.
 6. Whatsapp should be downloaded in you system despite using from browser
 7. Internet connection must be proper.

To send PDF invoices or bills via WhatsApp from BUSY, you have to follow these Steps :

Step 7 : create a new format, select WhatsApp,

Step 9 :click on Send SMS to send the invoice as pdf format.

To add a shortcut icon for WhatsApp on your desktop, follow these steps:
 1. Open WhatsApp on your Chrome browser.
 2. Create a shortcut by clicking on the three-dot menu at the top right corner of the browser.
 3. Select "More Tools" and then "Create Shortcut."
 4. Check the box that says "Open as window" and click on "Create."
 5. A shortcut icon for WhatsApp will be created on your desktop.
