How to print from specific positions of the field?

In some cases users need to start a Print particular field from a specific position.
For instance, in retail settings, users often find it essential to manage customer information within an account master, including both the customer's name and mobile number. Due to potential instances of duplicate customer names, a preferred practice is to incorporate the mobile number alongside the customer's name in the account title. However, when it comes to generating invoices, it becomes imperative to present the party's name and mobile number distinctly and independently.
To Print field from specific position, Please try the following steps:
Step 1 : Take a backup of your existing invoice format.
Step 2 : Add #’S11’ before size ’in field as
Here #’S11’ means Start party name from 11 position.
For Example Account Name is ‘99XXXXXX90 Mr.Xyz
When users use the above command line with Party Name on Invoice it will Print Mr.Xyz only.

The Invoice in BUSY are not shaped properly. How can I reshape them?

For Advanced format follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on "Invoice / Document Printing" and choose Advanced.
Step 3: After selecting the voucher type that you want to customize (for example, sale or purchase, etc), you will see the name of your format below it.
Step 4: Clicking on the format name will allow you to customize different parts of the printing format, such as the header, body, & footer etc.
Step 5: In advance format we have give layouts such as A5, slip 3 inch, slip 4 inch. further you can also customize it as per your paper layout.

How do I customize my invoice template?

How to add my company logo on the invoices generated from BUSY?

In BUSY, we can add logo on invoices both in standard as well as in advance format.
Standard format : It is a Default format of BUSY where we can simply add logo just by given image path and its size.
Please follow the below steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Invoice Document printing
Step 4: Standard
Step 5: Select voucher type
Step 6: Enable print Logo
Step 7: Mention the image path , postion , print type , height and width of logo.
Advance format : It is a design that prepare through html coding.
Please follow the below steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Invoice Document printing
Step 4: Advanced
Step 5: Select voucher type
Step 6: Create Format
Step 7: Select Image field from print style (Press F4 shortcut key) and define path for image with its size either in header or body or footer.

I want to customize and change the E-way bill template in BUSY. What steps should I follow?

We can only customize the sale invoice format, not the E-way bill template format because its default. 
To customize and change the E-way bill template for Sales Invoice, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Configuration.
Step 3: Choose invoice or document printing.
Step 4: Click Advanced.
Step 5: Select Sales Invoice as the document type.
Step 6: Modify or customise the default invoice template.
Step 7: If you are still unable to modify or customise the default invoice template, contact your local partner dealer at BUSY. They can provide chargeable support for this. If your local partner dealer cannot assist, consider contacting BUSY on a chargeable basis for further support.
These steps will allow you to customise your invoice format according to your needs.

I want to customize the header/footer while generating the E-Way Bill/Invoice. What is the process for that?

We can only customize the sale invoice format, not the E-Way Bill/Invoice format because its default. 
To customize the header/footer while generating the E-Way Bill/Invoice for sales invoice, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Configuration.
Step 3: Choose invoice or document printing.
Step 4: Click Advanced.
Step 5: Select Sales Invoice as the document type.
Step 6: Modify or customise the default invoice template.
Step 7: If you are still unable to modify or customise the default invoice template, contact your local partner dealer at BUSY. They can provide chargeable support for this. If your local partner dealer cannot assist, consider contacting BUSY on a chargeable basis for further support.

Want to set a logo on Invoice

We can set Log in in Both standard and advance format.
In BUSY PNG and JPG/JPEG extension support for logo/Image
In advance/design form user can use print style for logo
To add logo in design format users need to follow below steps
Step 1 : Take backup of existing format.
Step 2 : Create Space for logo in header/footer as per your requirement
Step 3 : Add from Print Stype (F4)
Step 4 : Specify Image full image part & width & Height of Image For Example
Step 5 : In case of Client using BUSY on Multiple PC then user need to provide sharing Image path, to share Image folder follow below steps
Step5 A : Ensure Client/Node Pc Connected with server pc in network
Step5 B : Share Server folder where logo stored on server.
Step5 C : Specify Sharing Path in Image stype like

Party wants to print Invoice in Hindi.

In BUSY we have the option to Print Invoice in a second language in both Standard and design format.
To apply second language on design Invoice, Please follow below steps
Step 1 : Download and Install your preferred language from Microsoft Input tools.
Step 2 : Configured second language from General configuration.
Step 3 : Take backup of existing format.
Step 4 : If It is Data fields then the users need to replace the Data field end with _SL like.
Step 5 ; If it is Static information then Users need to tag #’SL’ before size like <^Item Details^,#’SL’40,L>
Step6 : to Add second Language of data fields, users need to add in same in respective Masters/Vouchers
Step7 ; to add Second Language of Static information, users need to update the same in the Second Language Dictionary.
Note1 : Second Language feature available in standard & higher edition.

I want to customize the format/design of my e-invoices. What should I do?

We can only customize the sale invoice format, not the E-Invoice format because its default. 
To customize the format/design of your e-invoices for Sales Invoice, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Configuration.
Step 3: Choose invoice or document printing.
Step 4: Click Advanced.
Step 5: Select Sales Invoice as the document type.
Step 6: Modify or customise the default invoice template.
Step 7: If you are still unable to modify or customise the default invoice template, contact your local partner dealer at BUSY. They can provide chargeable support for this. If your local partner dealer cannot assist, consider contacting BUSY on a chargeable basis for further support.
