Want to Increase Font Size in Invoice
In BUSY Default Font Size in 8 and if users need to change size then we have two Print Style fields to change Font & Font Size.

Step 1 : Please Take Backup of Existing Format
Step 2 :If users need to Change Font Size of Static information write without <^^,,L> then users need to applyhere users need to mention Font Name & Size as per requirement.
Step3 : If users use BUSY Data Fields or Static information with <^^,,L> then users/we needs to use
Note1 : Whenever users load FONT_ON or DATA_FONT_ON by default Courier New will Come in Font Name.
Note2 : whenever users load FONT_ON or DATA_FONT_ON they not able to add any other print style in between Font Style.
I want to add my company name, logo, and other details to the invoice format. How can I customize and design the invoice template?
To add your company name, logo, and other details to the invoice format in BUSY, follow these steps:
First, confirm whether it's format, standard, or design.
For Standard Format:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Configuration, then Invoice/Document Printing.
Step 3: Choose Standard, and then select Sales Invoice.
Step 4: In the sales invoice settings, update the company name, specify the path to your logo, and add other necessary details to the invoice.
For Design Format:
Step 1: To modify settings in an existing custom-designed format, contact your local partner dealer of BUSY. They can provide chargeable support for this.
Step 2: If your local partner dealer cannot assist, consider contacting BUSY on a chargeable basis for further support.
These steps will allow you to customize your invoice format according to your needs.
How can I customize invoices, bills etc in BUSY? Are there any template options?
BUSY Software offers an option for customizing Invoices, bills and other types of documents. You can create and customise the templates to align these documents with your branding and preferences. Here's how you can do it.
Step 1: Go to Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Invoice/Document Printing
Step 4: Standard: You can configure documents with a basic design
Step 5: Advanced: You can configure documents for more advanced features and can design full documents or invoices as per your requirements.
Step 6: Select the format or create the new format
Step 7: Design the format with different styles and fields etc.
Step 8: Save and Preview then Make adjustments as needed.
Step 9: Use the format for the print
The Invoice documents are typically structured into three main parts
1. Header
2. Body
3. Footer
Why does the serial number data not get Printed after generate invoices?
If you are unable to print the Serial Number, follow these steps:
1.Go to the Administration, click on Configurations, and select Invoice Document Printing.
2.Then Press Y on Sr.No.-Wise in bottom save the page
3.If you have an advanced format, then click on 'Advanced Printing' and modify the format.
4.Then Click on the option in Which You Want To Add Field of Item serial No.
5.Then Change Alingment Accordingly & Click on Preview for Checking its Set Correctly.

Configuring BUSY to automatically include customer names in bills/invoices for proper identification.
Yes, we can customize invoice in BUSY. We can add it field as per our requirement in Advanced Format.
Pls Follow the Below Steps:
Step1 : Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Invoice Document printing
Step 4: Advanced
Step 5: Select Voucher Type
Step 6: Create Format
Step 7: Add the field Accordingly in Header, Body and Footer Part.
Step 8: In Page setting option, mention it details for format.
For Logo we can add it both the standard and advanced format.

Is it possible to print the salesman's name on the invoice?
For Salesmen Name Print on Header Party of Invoice Users need to follow below Step
Step 1: activate Salesman/Broker wise Reporting, follow these steps within the account configuration:
go to the Administration menu.
Navigate to Configuration.
Under Feature / Options, locate the Account Tab.
Enable the option for Salesman/Broker wise Reporting.
Step2 : Enable Salesman in standard format Configuration
Step3 : if users used designed format then we Need to addor
Way of Configuration : Administration->Configuration->Invoice / Document Printing->Advanced->Sales Invoice->Select Format->Click on Header Tab
Note : For Printing of Salesman name in Header/Footer part Invoice users need to Configure Salesmen Reporting on voucher level Only. if They Configure the same on Item Level in that case we can Specify Salesman name in Body part only in Advanced (Designed) format.
Can I set custom narrations for invoice documents?
Steps for Standard format:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on Invoice / Document Printing and choose Standard.
Step 3: Choose the voucher type (such as sale, purchase, etc.) in that you want to add Narration.
Step: Enable option Print Narration .
Steps for Advanced format:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on Invoice / Document Printing" and choose Advanced.
Step 3: After selecting the voucher type in that you want to add Narration.
Step 4: Clicking on the format name will allow you to add Narration in header & footer parts.
Step 5: Now, you can select narration field by press on Fields Available (ALT+F4) button .
Step 6: Select Narration field from Voucher header and save the configuration .
What options do I have if my customized invoice design keeps changing with updates?What are the system requirements to run BUSY?
When you update your BUSY software, it will not make any changes in the customize invoice format. Further if you notice something had changed, then you can restore a backup file which you were taken before update.
To run BUSY efficiently, we recommend that you have the following system requirements:
1. Operating system: Windows 2007 or later versions.
2. Processor: Intel Core i3 or equivalent
3. RAM: 4 GB or more.
4. Hard disk drive: At least 100 MB of free space.
5. Screen resolution: 1366 x 768 pixels.
6. .net framwork 3.5 or above.
7. Require internet for activation, updates & other online features such as e way bill, e invoice generation, etc.
Furthermore its also depends on the database you want to use either Access or SQL.
I want to add my business' place and PIN code to the print invoice template. How can I do this?
To add PIN code and place in BUSY print invoice,you need to follow :
