To customize the invoice in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on Invoice and Document Printing then choose for Advanced option
Step 3: Now select the required voucher type and then create the format by click on Add format tab.
Step 4: After select the format name, you can configure the header , footer and body through HTML coding.
How do I fix invoice printout getting cut off issue?
To fix the Invoice printout cutoff issue you can you can do the necessary settings
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Hardware configuration
Step 4: Set the top margin, left margin, Shrink Settings etc
Step 5: Check the printer driver settings
Step 6: Reinstall the printer driver if required

If total qunantity is not printing while print standard format, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then configuration
Step 2 : Click on invoice/document print and select standard
Step 3 : Select voucher type and enable the option print total of qty. also and click on save button.
Step 4 : Now the total quantity will print in standard format from invoice.
Why is the reference number showing instead of my bill number
In standard format of BUSY shows the invoice no in correctly, Further if you have a designed format and show wrong. It might be because you selected the wrong field while designing it. To fix this, you need to contact your authorized channel partner.

Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration.
Step 2: Select Invoice and Document Printing and choose Advanced option.
Step 3: Select purchase return voucher type then click on add format and specify format name.
Step 4: Now, select the newly created format then configure header, body and footer through HTML coding.
How can in print full Item details which feed in Item description not showing in print print formate?
In Standard Formate Item description bydefault automatic show in print.
In Advance Formate You need to add feild Follow these step:
Step 1: Click on Administration.
Step 2: Go to Configuration.
Step 3: Click on Invoice/Document Printing.
Step 4: Select Advanced Sales Invoice Click on Body and mention Item Desc Feild.
