Invoice Designing will be done on chargeable basis. Can Contact to the Channel Partner for designing as your requirement in BUSY. For Thermal Printer, Set it from printer setting either from Channel Partner or Hardware Person.

If BUSY close automatically while print invoice in design format then reopen the company and check again. If still issues persist then take the latest backup of data and run reindex database from the housekeeping tab.

In BUSY A5 half page design format already generated but if you want design new format or change in old Format this is a paid service and for this you can contact to registered dealer.
The font of tax summary on invoice is not same as the other font in BUSY. What should i do?
The standard format for invoice printing in BUSY does not allow you to change the font size. If you are using a designed format, you need to contact the person who designed it for you.
