I am unable to generate or print invoices in BUSY. How can I resolve this?
To trouble shoot the problem to print bills from BUSY, you can follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to Administartion and then Configuration
Step 2: Click on Hardware configuration
Step 3: Set the Default Printer driver(which printer is connected to your system)
Step 4: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer.
Step 5: Make sure that it has enough paper and ink toner
