To connect your printer with BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Install the printer driver that matches your printer model and set up as per the paper size.
Step 2: Open BUSY and select the Administration tab.
Step 3: Select Configuration and then Hardware Configuration.
Step 4: Select your printer from the Default Printer Driver dropdown menu and click Save.
Step 5: Now your printer is ready to use with BUSY.

If you face issues in printing bills, where some print and some do not, follow these steps:
Step 1: Try restarting the system and the printer.
Step 2: Attempt to install the latest printer drivers.
Step 3: Try printing from something other than BUSY for example, attempt to print a PDF. If it still doesn't print, it may be a printer issue. Contact the printer person for assistance.

When you printing ledger from BUSY but its not show properly on portrait A4 paper, then you can follow these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: If you are printing from As it is From Grid option then make sure all the columns width not exceeding the maximum characters.
Step 2: Also ensure that paper orientation selected as Portrait.
Step 3: You need to check your printer page settings also.

There could be various reasons why the printout is hanging or not coming out the way you want it to in BUSY. It could be due to printer settings, printer driver issues, or formatting issues in the software. 2.Ensure you have the latest driver installed; consider removing the old driver and reinstalling the latest one.

If you are unable to print through the client system only then you need to check the below points :
1. Check that the printer driver has been installed properly on the local client system. 
2. Check the test print or any other document 
3. Printer driver should be added in the printer registry 
4. Correct printer should be selected while printing through BUSY

 1. firstly if there is multiple entries in that report then it will not adjust in single page printout 
 2. you can adjust the column widths and font size in the print settings by click on as per grid option then print it.

If the text on tax invoice is not appearing while printing from BUSY, you need to check these steps:
 Step 1: Check after print with any PDF file beyond the BUSY and see if issue persist or not.
 Step 2: Check the preview in BUSY before printing if it is correct then you need to check your printer from any IT person.

To fix this issue, you need to make sure that you are selecting the correct party name for each cash receipt entry. Double check that you are not accidentally selecting the same party name for all entries.If you select same it will show first party name only and for print select the option print voucher wise to print all party name.
