If you are unable to print PDF files from BUSY, this issue may be due to various reasons such as PDF properties or driver issues. Try the following steps to fix it: 
Step 1: Right-click on any PDF file and change the default PDF reader in properties. 
Step 2: Try reinstalling the PDF reader. 
Step 3: Restart the computer. 
Step 4: If the issue still persists, you can contact customer support for further assistance. 

if Unable to take Print from BUSY See the folow Step 
 Step 1: Open Control Panel Check Printer Driver 
 Step 2: Check Test Print option Properly work or no 
 Step 3: if test Print working fine login the company in BUSY 
 Step 4: go to administartion then click on configuration then clik on Hadware Configuration option 
 Step 5: Select printer driver which working 
 Step 6: Save the Configuration

Possible causes for text printing issues on the second page in BUSY:
1. Printer Settings 
2. Page Margins not properly adjusted.
3. Printer cartridge issue.
4. Make sure you specify to print only page number 1. Please select all pages and then print

To solve the preview of the standard document, below are the possibilities
1. Check your selected printer is correct
2. Check if you can see print preview from other application like PDF and MS Word etc.
3. Reinstall your printer driver and Adobe Reader
If, after trying these troubleshooting steps, your problem remains unresolved, please contact BUSY's customer support. Be sure to provide them with an exact screenshot of the issue along with the time it occurred

If you want to set Adobe Acrobat as the default PDF viewer, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Right-click on the thumbnail of any PDF file.
 Step 2: From the menu, click on Properties.
 Step 3: A new dialog box will appear.
 Step 4: Select Adobe Acrobat, then click OK to save and apply the changes.
 Step 5: Export any file from BUSY in PDF format, and it will open in Adobe Acrobat.

If your printer settings are not working properly and invoices are not printing then please
 follow then given steps
 Step 1: Please check to print PDF direct from system.
 Step 2: If printing directly then its mean your printer is working fine.
 Step 3: Go to administration menu then configuration then hardware configuration.
 Step 4: Then set your current printer here and save.
 Step 5: Now invoice printing will work.

to fix no image showing while print user signature in invoice follow these steps 
1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. then open features and options click on general tab 
3. maintain image and signature with user 
4. then set image or signature folder path and also make sure that each image or signature files name as same as user name 
5. save configuration and check in invoice printing.

To fix the print out so it does not default to "duplicate", you can change the setting for "Print Duplicate Copy While Reprinting Sale Invoice" to "No". This will ensure that you get an original and a duplicate copy each time you print.,follow steps:
Step 1: CLick on administration
Step 2 : Then configuration
Step 3 : Click features and options
Step 4 : Click general
Step 5 : Set the Print duplicate copy

Step :2 Go to Administration Configuration Hardware Configuration 
Step :3 Check the Printer Driver Showing or Not and Select the right Printer Driver Save or F2
Step :4 Go to Administration Configuration Voucher Series Configuration Sale Select the Voucher Serise Voucher Configuration 
Step :5 In Voucher Serise Configuration Enable the Option Print Sale Invoice after Saving ok
