I seem to be having issues with syncing data between BUSY software and BUSY mobile app How can I sync them properly?

To sync BUSY software data to BUSY mobile app please follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration button
 Step 2: Then click on features and option button then click on general tab
 Step 3: Afterwards enable BDEP ID option then create bdep id and save it
 Step 4: Then Enable BUSY mobile app option and select through cloud sync option
 Step 5: Save the changes
 Step 6: Then go to administration menu again and click on users option
 Step 7: Then click on cloud sync users then add a new user for the mobile app
 Step 8: Tick all the options to give the rights to that user to see those reports or data in BUSY mobile app
 Step 9: After that save the user 
 Step 10: After that go to data export import option under administration menu
 Step 11: Then click on cloud sync option then click on bulk upload and run that utility
 Step 12: After that your data is successfully upload on your BUSY mobile app 
 Now you need to install BUSYagent on your system and config it
 Please follow these steps to config autosync with BUSY mobile app 
 Step 1: Install BUSYagent on your syetem and open it
 Step 2: Then click on general configuration and select database type as ms sql or access
 Step 3: Then specify data directory or sql server details 
 Step 4: After that save the configuration
 Step 5: Then click on cloud sync configuration and enable automatic incremental sync as yes 
 Step 6: Then select interval minutes for autosync and save 
 Step 7: Now your auto data sync with BUSY mobile app sucessfully configured
