Some reports are not loading properly in BUSY. What can I do to resolve issues with accessing specific reports like sales quantity by HSN code?
If ithe reports are not loading properly might be report size is heavy or it might be the problem of the internet connectivity. Furthermore you can troubleshoot by following the below mentioned steps.
Note : Plaese take latest backup before running any process.
Step 1: Go to housekeeping then click on reindex.
Step 2: Select you can proceed as I have latest backup then click on OK button to complete the process.
Step 3: After completing the reindex process you can che4ck the sake report.
Step 4: Again go to housekeeping then click on check junk characters.
Step 5: Select you can proceed as I have latest backup then select master or voucher one by one to check.
Step 6: After the completion of the process you have to check and remove the junk characters as specified.
Step 7: Again go to housekeeping then click on check incomplete vouchers.
Step 8: Select you can proceed as I have latest backup and click on OK to run this process.
Step 9: It will take some time to complete. After this you can correct this one by one after opening the voucher or you can delete all incomplete vouchers after pressing F8 key.
Step 10: Now you can check the same report if some speed has ben boosted or not.
