To add/update billing and shipping addresses for e-way bills in BUSY, you can enter the details in the billing/shipping details section during invoice creation. This will automatically update the shipping address in the e-way bill.

I need help troubleshooting why my e-waybills are not validating properly.

If your E-waybill gsp id is not validating make sure your system is connected to the internet and the gsp id and password you have specify its incorrect so rectify both issues and then check

In BUSY, once an E-way bill or E-invoice has been generated, it cannot be modified. While you have the option to update the vehicle number in a generated E-way bill from the E-way Bill portal.

To mention pin code for e-invoice generated in BUSY. 
Step1: Go to the party master and update the pin code in master.
Step2: Also can mention in transporter details window the pin code.

I am unable to see certain fields or options when filling the e-Invoicing registration form. Why is this?

IF you are filling form of e invoiceing registration on portal,so regarding this you can contact to you tax comsultant or CA,because Portal is third party tool,We can only provide information related to BUSY software.

I am unable to generate eway bill reports in BUSY. How can I resolve issues with reports?

You can check Eway bill report from BUSY as follows:
Step 1: Go in Transactions.
Step 2: Then select GST Misc. Utilities.
Step 3: Then select Eway bill Management.
Step 4 : Then choose report according & then check.
