BUSY supports E-way bill generation through GSP servers, including Webtel Electrosoft Private Limited and Pinnacle Finserv Advisors Private Limited. You can create Both the GSP server credentials directly from E way Bill portal.

You need to select the tax category in item master. 
 Then the tax will calculated in voucher after entering the item. 
 Then in e invoice window the tax will show automatically.

To fix the error of trasport field length while generating eway bill you need to check that in voucher you have specified the correct format of vehicle number and transporter GSTIN is valid.

In the e-way bill report, you can apply filters to check the status for a specific date range by selecting the "Date Range" filter option and entering the desired start and end dates.

To generate E-Way bill:
Step 1 : Login to E-Way bill portal
Step 2 : Generate New E-Way bill
Step 3 : Enter transaction details
Step 4 : Vehicle details
Step 5 : Submit and generate E-Way bill

To enable e-way bill generation in BUSY, you will need the login IDs and passwords for both the Webtel and Pinnacle portals. These details are required to integrate the portals with the BUSY.

No you cannot generate separate e way bills for road and rail ship if the
shipment uses multi modal transpor
Further you can do generate only with single transport mode either road or rail
or ship.
