Yes it is expected to mention distance in BUSY as 0 , as BUSY use its seperate calculation to calculate distance between pincodes which sometime not matched the distance calculated by Ewaybill portal.

If the vehicle number is not entered while generating an e-waybill in BUSY, only Part A of the e-way bill will be created. Part B, which contains vehicle details, will not be generated.

In BUSY, you can enter the transport name and its id manually in order to generate E way bill. Further, you cannot get the transport details like its name and id within software.
