If your transporter generates the E-Way bill instead of you, the details required would typically include the transporter's GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number), vehicle number, and other relevant transport details.

To generate an e way bill you need to enter these transport details : Transporter, Place, Pincode, Vehicle No., Distance, etc.
If goods transport through Rail or Air the GR no. also mandatory.

BUSY calculate the distance of pickup and drop locations with the help of your company from pincode that you have specify and the delivery pincode where goods are going to be delivered

The details need from e-way bill portal to configure gst in BUSY :
Step 1 : GSTIN
Step 2 : HSN
Step 3 : GST tax rates
Step 4 : E-way bill details
Step 5 : ITC

Yes, you can use GSP Id for both E-invoice and E-way bill generation.
This is the default configuration of BUSY and portal also you don't need to separate sepaarate GSP id for both.

Setting the transport distance to 0 should fix the e-waybill error. If the error persists, there may be other issues that need to be addressed in that case check the error list

We cannot assist you in logging e way portal further you can forget username or password if facing issue in login or can contact to e way bill support helpline for that

When generating a final bill for a cancelled/expired old bill, errors that may arise include duplicate acknowledgement number, incorrect unit details, missing or incorrect tax rates, and incorrect party or product details.
