What is the correct way to generate and print the e-Way bill along with the invoice in the BUSY?
Here are the steps for generate e-way bill along with the invoice:
Step 1: Make sure to enable all configuration of e-way bill with GSP in GST/VAT feature
Step 2: Then go to transaction menu
Step 3: Then click on vocuher option
Step 4: Then click on ADD button
Step 5: Then create voucher with neccessary details like party detail, item , price, and tax if needed
Step 6: Then while saving voucher, Transport detail window will appear
Step 7: Then mention Transporter ID and Vehicle no.
Step 8: Then enable e-way bill required option as Y and click on Ok button
Step 9: Then proceed to generate e-way bill after checking possible error if any then resolved it
Step 10: Then you can generate e-way bill along with the invoice
Why am I getting an error that the E-Way bill could not be printed for sales voucher ?
If you are unable to print eway bill then please check the below points:
Step 1: Check if the PDF is working properly in the system or if it is BUSY also if it is not working you need to reinstall the PDF.
Step 2: First of all, you need to check whether turning window features on or off from the control panel as follows:
Go to the control panel.
Sub-step 1: Go to the control panel.
Sub-step 2: Select the Programs and Features option.
Sub-step 3: Click on the option for Turn Windows features on or off.
Sub-step 4: Then select an option. Netframework 3.5 includes.NET2.0
and 3.0 & then tick both options in it as Windows
Communication Foundation HTTP Activation and

BUSY does not have direct option to validate transporter GST number. However you can follow these steps to validate a GST number.
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Account and click on Add.
Step 3: Press F4 on name field and enter the GST number and click on Validate.
Step 4: It will check the GST number with portal and show if it is valid or not.
If E way bill page is not loading in BUSY, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Make sure your default PDF reader is working fine in your system.
Step 2: Check .net framework 3.5 or above installed on your system.
Step 3: Verify the GSP IDs is correctly entered in BUSY.

The e-Way bill details are not showing up on my BUSY invoice print out. How do I troubleshoot this issue?
If e-way bill details are not showing in the printed invoice then follow the given steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: Click on configuration option
Step 3: Then click on Invoice/Document printing option
Step 4: Then click on standard option
Step 5: Then select sale voucher
Step 6: Then click on Optional field/Transport detail printing option shown in the left side of the window
Step 7: Then click on As mentioned below option
Step 8: Then tick on the relevent option to print like e-way bill no., station, etc as per your requirement
Step 9: Then click on save button to save the configuration
Step 10: Then you can print invoice and check e-way bill details in your printed invoice
I want to print a tax invoice or Eway bill from a voucher. What steps do I need to follow to print it?
To print the already generated a voucher and Eway bill of the same and please refer to the steps below :
1. Go to Transaction menu
2. Click on GST Miscl. Utilities
3. Eway Bill management
4. Click on Generate and print Eway bill tab
5. Select the option Automatic or Josn
6. Select voucher type date range and load the list
7. Select the Invoices and click on the Print Eway bill tab
8. Here you will find the another tab Print Invoices which you can use to print the Tax Invoice.
9. You can also open the voucher in modify mode and use Print tab to print the Tax Invoice and for printing Eway bill of the same you require to resave the Invoice.
What steps should I follow in BUSY to successfully generate and print e-way bills every time?
To successfully generate and print e-way bills in BUSY, follow these steps:
1. Enter the required details such as vehicle number, station details, and UQ pieces for the e-way bill.
2. Generate the e-way bill by selecting the appropriate option.
3. Check the print preview of the e-way bill to ensure accuracy.
4. Print the e-way bill using the standard format.
5. If the printout is not normal, try checking the print preview again and print using the standard format.
6. If the e-way bill does not generate automatically, contact customer support for assistance.
7. If needed, cancel and regenerate the e-way bill following the appropriate steps.
8. Save the generated e-way bill in a secure location for future reference.
Why am I not getting the option to print the e-Way bill after generating the invoice in BUSY? What should I do to fix this?
If you are unable to print e-way bill even after generation of invoice then follow the given steps :
Step 1: Check the GSP credential.
Step 2: Go to Administration Menu.
Step 3: Click on configuration feature.
Step 4: Click on Feature and Option.
Step 5: Click on GST/VAT feature.
Step 6: Enable E-way bill required option and mention GSP credential and validate it.
Step 7: if pdf reader is not working properly then check and confirm chrome is set as default.
Step 8: If your pdf reader is working properly then make sure your pdf reader is closed from backend before taking print.
Step 9: Make sure Net Framework 3.5 is installed in your system
Note: E-way bill is not print after 24 hours of generation.
