In BUSY, for the GSTR 2A we have reconcile option in the Transaction menu.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Click on Transactions
 Step 2: Then GST Misc Utilities
 Step 3: Then Download the GSTR 2A data 
 Step 4: Then go to GSR 2A reconciliation option
 Note: Make sure to mention the GST portal user name in the GST VAT option from featues and options under Administration menu. API access should given on GST potal.

If you are unable to download GSTR JSON in BUSY, check the following reasons: 
 1.Ensure that the BUSY license subscription is renewed. 
 2.Confirm that the internet connection is stable. 
 3.Verify that the GST portal username is specified in the GST configuration of the company. 
 4.Make sure the Manage API Access option is enabled on the GST portal. 
 5.If there is a technical issue on the portal, try to proceed after some time.

Step 1: Ensure that you have specified the GST Portal username in BUSY.
Step 2: Check that the system Date, Time, and Region settings are correct.
Step 3: Check the antivirus settings or disable it.
Step 4: Log in to the GST portal and enable API access for the GST account.
Step 5: If the problem persists, manually download and upload the files and reconcile them.

Ensure GSTR-1 is already filed for that period. Then follow these steps:
1.Visit the GST portal, Login your credentials and check Manage API Access under View Profile.
2.Set it to 30 days and confirm.
3.In BUSY, go to Administration, open Configuration.
4.Under Features & Options, select the GST VAT tab.
5.Enter your GST user ID in the GST portal username option and save.
6.In BUSY, click on Download JSON for GSTR-1 for the specific period.
7.Enter the OTP received to proceed with the download.
