transaction like sale or purchase shows in one report but not in another report as expected in BUSY beacuse every reports in BUSY contain a different informations but if you want to see same details in another report then we have option to edit reports or column in BUSY that called custom column . using custom column option you can add a column or filed as per you want tin BUSY.

Here are the steps to do this, please follow below steps: 
 Step 1: Go to the Masters menu.
 Step 2: Specify tax category 
 Step 3: Create a new service invoice for the customer from another state.
 Step 4: Specify the IGST rate applicable to your service.
 Step 5: In the invoice, you should see a field where you can specify the Place of Supply
 Step 6: Verify the Invoice.

To enable party-wise bifurcation of transactions in reports in BUSY, you can select the party-wise option and choose to view the report in combined, local, or any one mode.For example If you check sale report in GST Register if check supply outward register or any report there BUSY show option to select party name as per your requirement and after load the report you can see the transaction with party name.

If you want to remove column from GST report please follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open your gst report in which you want to remove the column
 Step 2: Then click on custom column
 Step 3: Afterwards mention format name and untick the field id of that column and save the format
 Step 4: Then go back to display and again open the report specify the format name and open it

To address the issue and view your sales reports accurately, consider the following solutions:
 Step 1: Double-check all transaction data entered into your software.
 Step 2: Regularly reconcile the data in your accounting software with the source documents, such as sales invoices, purchase invoices, and bank statements.
 Step 3: checks for valid GSTIN, tax rates, and other compliance requirements.
 Step 4: link your sales and purchase data directly with e-invoicing systems.

If you want to understand the options for uploading GST reports such as JSON,CSV or other formats you can follow given below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on GST reports
Step 3: Then click on GST returns
Step 4: Afterwards click on GSTR e-return such as gstr 1 ,3b etc
Step 5: Then will be able to see the options of JSON,CSV and many more for uploading of GST returns

unable to view or open the entries for year 2022 then make sure few things 
 1. if you working in current year 2023 and want to see entries for year 2022 then you need to switch f.y from change f.y option under administration menu and select 2022 year to open 
 2 . or if you split f.y then you need to open 2022 years company separately and check entries.

If your GST liability is not getting updated after adjusting your input tax credit, you should check if you have properly followed the process of input-output adjustment and cross adjustment in the software. 
 1. Click on display menu and select GST report.
 2. Select GST summary and enter date range.
 3. use the F4 option to auto adjust input and output liabilities.
 4. Save each entry by F2 .

You can enter a party's GSTIN Number in the party master in BUSY,you can follow these steps:
 Step 1:Go to Administration menu,
 Step 2:Select masters,
 Step 3:Add an account,while adding you can specify here GSTIN number and validate,When you mention your GST number and validate it,the status will be displayed along with details.After that,when you click update back,your details will be automatically filled in the party's master record,then save the master.

To add or update GST numbers for my invoices, please follow below steps : Step 1: Check your GST/VAT configuration and make sure that you have configured and validated the GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) correctly.
 Step 2: Enter your company’s address and specify the from place and pin code in the GST/VAT configuration.
 Step 3: Enter the valid GSTIN, address, station and pin code of the party in the party master.
