To generate GST reports and returns in BUSY you need to ensure that GST option is enabled or not to enable GST option please follow these steps 
 step 1: go to he configurations under administration menu 
 step 2: open features and option then click on GST/VAT tab 
 step 3: set type as GST and save configuration after that GST reports , returns option enabled under dispaly menu.

In BUSY there is no such option for marginal gst calculation,but you check available options in BUSY under GST/VAT tab and there can enable serveral gst options and type of taxpayer,according to which while billing you can select tax in sale type accoridng to your need and same tax categories in item masters.On the basis of tax applied in bill or voucher,it is reflected in multiple gst reports in display

If the ITC Reversal entry isn't showing up even though you selected the correct rule, follow these steps: 
 Step 1 : Check if an approval system is applicable for that voucher. If it is, you need to get it approved by your admin. 
 Step 2 : Make sure that, under the GST Tax Adjustment window, the Period Ending Date is correctly selected according to your return period.

To make the cash bills appear in your GSTR 1, you should follow the steps : 
 Step 1: Ensure that you've entered all the cash bill details correctly in the BUSY .
 Step 2: Reconcile with your ledger. 
 Step 3: Verify your return filing dates
 Step 4: By following these steps, you can address the problem and get your cash bills to show in your GSTR 1 filing.

There might be these reasons why a particular transaction is not showing in expected report or register in BUSY:
 1. You have opened the report with wrong date range.
 2. You have applied filter before opening the report such as voucher series, material center, etc.
 3. You have applied filter inside the report.
 4. May be the transaction is deleted so you need to re enter that transaction then check.

To ensure ITC claim amounts match accurately and resolve "varying by more than 5%" error on GST portal, you should reconcile the ITC claimed in your accounting software with the ITC available in your GST portal. Check for any discrepancies and rectify them. If the difference is still more than 5%, you need to rectify the error in your accounting software and file an amendment return on the GST portal.

To generate a report that shows the percentage of sales for all items in BUSY, Here's how to do it:
 Step 1: Choose the Sales Analysis Report .
 Step 2: Select sales transactions and item-wise data. Step 3; Configure the date range for the report
 Step 4: Add custom column formula basis .
 Step 5: Add formula in custom column Calculate Percentage of Sales
 Step 6: save the report .

To compare data between two different periods and analyze trends over time in BUSY, you can generate reports for each period separately and then compare the relevant data points. You can select the desired time periods in the report settings to generate reports for specific dates or periods.
