If you can't find the input tax credit value in the software, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Ensure that the tax accounts are grouped under "Duties and Taxes."
 Step 2: Check that you've correctly entered the tax nature in the account master.
 Step 3: After completing steps 1 and 2, recheck the input tax credit. You should now be able to see all the required ITC as expected.

To separate the gst on business expenses from the GST on Purchase in BUSY you 
 can follow the steps 
 Step1 go to display menu and click on gst reports 
 Step2 click on gst register and click on supply inward register 
 Step3 select date range and select section as Nil rated invoice 
 step4 enable show exempt NR ZR entries in taxable invoice separately then ok

To file a consolidated GSTR-1 for multiple GSTINs, you typically need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Enable Multi branch process 
 Step 2: Set branch wise GST configuration from Branch details option 
 Step 3: Set GSTIN and access the transaction as per branch configuration
 Step 4 : view and generate reports branch wise 
 Step 5 : you ca upload aur generate return by branch wise .

if you have facing problems to reconcile GST return with books of accounts so there is multiple reasons for that ,
 1. some of invoice from books is missing as per GST return data 
 2. mismatch in taxable value between BUSY data and GST data
 3. mismatch in GST value between BUSY data and GST data
 3. after GST return filing some changes done in BUSY books entries

If you want to generate separate figurs for both your purchases and expenses, follow these steps:
 Step 1 : Open the Display Menu and choose GST Report.
 Step 2 : Within GST Report, pick GST Other Report and select Purchase/Expense-Wise ITC.
 Step 3 : Choose the date range and any other relevant options, then run the report. This will provide you with separate figures for your purchases and expenses.

To apply multiple tax rates to a single product., please follow the steps : 
 Step 1: Enter the new sales or purchase transaction
 Step 2: Enter the date and other relavant information
 Step 3: Sleect the multirate sales or purch type in the invoice 
 Step 4: apply multi tax rate bill sundry ij the voucher or press F$ to apply tax 
 Step 5: Save the voucehr

To change export path in BUSY you should take the following steps:
 Step 1: Double-check the folder path you've specified for saving the exported report. 
 Step 2: Ensure that the folder path and name do not contain any special characters, spaces
 Step 3: Select a directory or folder that has the necessary permissions for file creation
 Step 4: On Windows, you can try running BUSY as an administrator

To see Sale report with details ,you can follow some steps:
 Step 1: Go to Display and then click on GST reports.
 Step 2: Now click on GST Registers and then click on supply outward Register 
 Step 3: Now click on option for Party to see report and filer on period and enable Show Qty. Details option and enable other option as per your requiremen and check reports.

If separate ledger accounts for mandi tax, KKF, etc., are not getting included in the taxable amount in the GST report in BUSY, you need to verify whether these accounts have been added as bill sundries in the voucher. If so, ensure that they are applied before the GST bill sundry. Additionally, you can review the Reconcile account and GST report in the GST Audit report for reconciliation purposes.

If you are unable to enter a quantity for service invoices and it's showing as not applicable, here are some steps to resolve this issue:
 Step 1: Add new invoice from transaction menu . 
 Step 2 : Select sales option and then ADD
 Step 3: add relavant information in invoice , item name , priice , quantity , tax amount etc. 
 Step 4: and Save the Invoice
