Step 1: Ensure that the tax accounts are grouped under "Duties and Taxes."

Step 3: After completing steps 1 and 2, recheck the input tax credit. You should now be able to see all the required ITC as expected.

Step1 go to display menu and click on gst reports
Step2 click on gst register and click on supply inward register
Step3 select date range and select section as Nil rated invoice
step4 enable show exempt NR ZR entries in taxable invoice separately then ok

I am having problems reconciling GST returns with books of accounts. What are the possible reasons for this?
if you have facing problems to reconcile GST return with books of accounts so there is multiple reasons for that ,
1. some of invoice from books is missing as per GST return data
2. mismatch in taxable value between BUSY data and GST data
3. mismatch in GST value between BUSY data and GST data
3. after GST return filing some changes done in BUSY books entries
Why is the total ITC amount showing my purchases and expenses combined in BUSY? I need them separate.
If you want to generate separate figurs for both your purchases and expenses, follow these steps:
Step 1 : Open the Display Menu and choose GST Report.
Step 2 : Within GST Report, pick GST Other Report and select Purchase/Expense-Wise ITC.
Step 3 : Choose the date range and any other relevant options, then run the report. This will provide you with separate figures for your purchases and expenses.

I want to see a consolidated sales report for the full year but am only able to see summarized or grouped reports. How can I get an overall report with all the transaction details?
To see Sale report with details ,you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and then click on GST reports.
Step 2: Now click on GST Registers and then click on supply outward Register
Step 3: Now click on option for Party to see report and filer on period and enable Show Qty. Details option and enable other option as per your requiremen and check reports.
I have added separate ledger accounts for mandi tax, KKF etc. So these amounts are not getting included in the taxable amount in the GST report in BUSY. What should I do?

I am unable to see the total quantity purchased by a customer over time on the invoice. How can I configure the invoice to show cumulative quantity purchased?
If you are unable to enter a quantity for service invoices and it's showing as not applicable, here are some steps to resolve this issue:
