I want to adjust my input tax credit. What is the process I need to follow?

For adjusting the input tax credit, please follow below mentioned steps
Step 1: Go to display menu and then GST Summary
Step 2: Ensure your balance tax payable and ledger balance both value should be matched.
Step 3: Press F4 to adjust the CGST,SGST, IGST output balance to adjust with input balance.
Step 4: Press F4 for adjusting output bal(if any) with input balance of other head.
Step 5: Debit balance of all heads wil carry forward in next month automatically and credit balance, you need to make payment at the end of month in GST payable account.

Why am I unable to perform a specific accounting task in BUSY? What should I do?

If unable to perform a specific accounting task in BUSY , then pls check the below steps :
Step 1: According to the BUSY Model, There are some features which is available in standard and Enterprise model but not in Basic. Make sure to seleect the correct model as per your BUSY license.
Step 2: If Company is open from the sub user and admin user has not given rights to the some feature then it will not show.
Step 3:Pls update the BUSY to the latest version as some feature was not there in are old BUSY version below BUSY 18.

My companies are registered under different states. How to get consolidated inter-state GST reports in BUSY?

If your companies are registered under different states then you can manage it by using Multi branch feature and tag voucher series group in branch. To check consolidated inter-state report for all the branches can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab on the top menu bar.
Step 2: Select the option GST Reports and here can check GST Summary, GST Return, GST Register as required.
Step 3: If you want to check the data for all branches, you can select All in the voucher series group filter.

How can I troubleshoot issues if some parts of the software are not working properly?

To bifurcate the entries correctly and avoid errors in GST returns, it is important to ensure accurate and detailed recording of transactions. This includes correctly categorizing the tax amounts between CGST, SGST, and IGST. To see report in bifurcate you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and then click on GST reports.
Step 2: Now click on GST Registers and then supply outward Register or Supply Inward Register whatever you want.
Step 3: Now click on option for Party to see report and filer on period and enable other option as per your requiremen and check reports.

I'm unable to open the Excel/CSV file exported from BUSY. What should I do?

If you are unable to open the Excel/CSV file exported from BUSY, you can try the following steps:
Step 1: Check if you have Microsoft Excel installed on your system. If not, you may need to install it to open Excel files.
step 2: Make sure you have the correct file extension (.xlsx for Excel files,.csv for CSV files) and that the file is not corrupted.
Step 3: Make sure you are using current release of BUSY and you are using official windows
Step 4: If issue persist try to export excel/csv from another system for checking

One of my buyers did not file GST returns last year and it is not showing in my input credit. How can I adjust this in BUSY to account for the missing input credit?

If you are unable to check ITC as buyer did not file return then follow the given steps :
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu
Step 2: Click on Gst Misc. utilities option
Step 3: Then click on monthly ITC tagging report as per GSTR2B
Step 4: Then open report party wise or date wise
Step 5: Then specify month and click on Ok button
Step 6: Then select particular entry and press F4 to change the status of ITC
Step 7: Then you can claim the ITC as per your tagging in BUSY

Why are all parties shown as being from the same center in the GSTI report even though they are different? How can I get it to show the actual center for each party?

To ensure that the GSTI report shows the actual center for each party, follow these steps in BUSY :
Step 1: Enable Branch Wise configuation from configuration and then features and options menu.
Step 2; This will GST reports and returns will be divided according to the different branches.
Step 3: If you are using multiple godowns or material centers
Step 4: Add a custom column to your GST registers and other GST reports.
Step 5: For each transaction, fill in the Material Center in the transaction
Step 6: Generate the GSTI Report as transactions are separated and organized center-wise

The customer mentioned purchasing and sales amounts, but said they don't want to increase input and output. How can I record purchases and sales in BUSY without affecting input and output tax?

If a customer wants to record purchases and sales in BUSY without affecting input and output tax, Here's how to do it:
Step 1: ensure that you have set up a tax category for exempt sales in BUSY
Step 2: Seelct an Exempt sales type in voucehr entry
Step 3: record sales transactions in BUSY
Step 4: Double-check that the tax rate in the voucher for exempt sales
Step 5: Once you've recorded all your sales transactions, generate the GSTR-1 report.
Step 6: carefully review the GSTR-1 report to ensure that your exempt sales are correctly categorized as Nil Rated/Exempt.

Is there a specific section or field in the GST R report that shows the breakdown of the BB sales amount?What are the steps to generate sales reports in BUSY?

There is no option to see brakdown of amount in GSTR1 report for B2B but you can check in other gst report . 
To see the B2B sales amount breakdown , you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display then select GST reports and click on gst registers.
Step 2: Then select sales register and select combined option then bill wise
Step 3: In next window select B2B and open report after select date range
Step 4: In the report you can taxable amount and tax amount breakdown as per tax rate .
