How can remove or disable custom validation in BUSY? What is the process?
Yes you can remove custom validation in BUSY so you need to follow some steps-
Step 1- Take backup of your date and Go to Administration and Utilities.
Step 2- Then click on customization and click on Custom validation.
Step 3- Delete Custom validation and also can take backup of cutsom validation before deletion of custom validation.
Note- Kindly take backup Before the procedure.
I was told a software customization is needed for my job work problem. How can I get this done?

Further you can add column in such report like Sale registers, Purchase registers etc. by using Custom
column and Columnar option.
How can I validate the GSTIN of all parties in bulk ?
To valiate GSTIN of all parties in bulk :
Step 1: Go to Transaction Menu
Step 2: Click on Gst Misc. Utilities option
Step 3: Then click on Validate GSTIN online option
Step 4: Then click on Multiple GSTIN option and then load master
Step 5: Then click on validate button
How to customize any report through BUSY According to the requirement.

1. go to the invoice document and printing under configuration
2. select standard and sales invoice
3. then go to the self configure
4. increase qty column size and save configuration.
5. open invoice and print .

You can customize Column in BUSY through Custom column Options in Reports .there some fields that exist in custom column configuration as it depends on your requirement in report but if required field would not exist in BUSY then you need to customize report from your dealer end.
Is customized report formatting included in my subscription plan?
If you want to do minor changes in reports or you want to add additional columns in report in that case you can add custom column or you can configure columnar reports accordingly
