Presently, screen sharing with your agent is not available in BUSY. However, you can use third party remote support softwares such as Anydesk, Teamviewer, Ultraviewer, etc. to share your screen with anyone.

If Other users are having issues accessing cloud so you need to contact your dealer or cloud person because this is third party services, we don't have any rights regarding remote services.

Yes, BUSY offers cloud server support through BUSY Online, which can be purchased on a quarterly or yearly basis. The price for one user and one company is 10,800 per year.

If you use BUSY on RdP(remote desktop protocol) you must have proper stable internet connection and check your Rdp setting,For rdp setting you can contact from where you take Rdp services.

There is no such option in BUSY for desk ID. However if you are sharing your screen to another then you can use Anydesk or ultraviewer for the same
How do i find my anydesk ID?
Anydesk is a third party software, you can download it from your web browser and installed it then you are share your system online with the other customer
How do I check Anydesk number and where can i find this in BUSY?
AnyDesk is a third-party software that can be installed on your system through your Chrome browser. However, in BUSY, there is no option to locate the AnyDesk number.
