How do I transfer the details of items and customers from one company to another in BUSY Accounting Software?

If you want to transfer the details of items and customers from one company to another in BUSY you can use xml export/import feature in BUSY
Follow these steps to transfer the details of items and customers from one company to another:
Step 1: Open that company from you want to copy the masters of item and accounts
Step 2: Then Go to administration menu
Step 3: Then click on data export import
Step 4: Then click on data export/import(xml)
Step 5: Then click on export data
Step 6: Then tick the master you want to transfer such as account and item as required
Step 7: Afterwards provide the specific path where you want to export the masters and click on export button
Step 8: After successful completion of export open the company in which you want to import the masters
Step 9: Then Go to administration menu
Step 10: Then click on data export import
Step 11: Then click on data export/import(xml)
Step 12: Then click on import data
Step 13: Then select the path of your previously exported xml file
Step 14: Then click on ok button to proceed for a import process 
Note- XML export import feature will only work in case you have standard and onwards edition of BUSY
