Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to troubleshoot - antivirus firewall settings
Follow below steps if BUSY frequently shuts down automatically while working on invoices or voucher:
Step 1: Take latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Only latest setup must be install in control pannel.
Step 3: Exclude BUSY from your antivirus or through window security.
Step 4: Run BUSY as administration.
Step 5: Set UAC compatabilty.
Step 6: Type UAC in search bar of system.
Step 7: Then a window will appear name called change user control settings.
Step 8: Set it down.
Step 9: Right click on BUSY icon.
Step 10: Then go in properties, click on compatabilty.
Step 11: Click on run this program as administration and run this program as compatibilty mode for.
Step 12: Check regional settings of your system also.
Step 13: Also go in House keeping section and check incomplete voucher or junk character.
Step 14: Can reindex data base or re write,as it clear all junk which stuck in database.

To resolve the error of authentication while connecting to the GSTN for E-invoicing follow below steps:
Step 1: Visit on https://einvoice1.gst.gov.in/
Step 2: Click on registration option.
Step 3: Select E-invoice Enablement under it.
Step 4: Mention the GSTN and captcha.
Step 5: Click on go.
Step 6: In BUSY go in administration and select configuration then in feature/options and click on GST/VAT then Validate GSP ID.
Step 7: Also check antivirus or window security setting as exclude BUSY from it.

Need to give full rights to BUSYwin folder. Go to C drive or where you have install BUSY. Right click on BUSYwin folder and give the full rights.
Step 1: Right-click on the shortcut or the executable file of the program you want to run as an administrator.

Step 4: Under the Privilege Level section, check the box that says "Run this program as an administrator.

In Every Antivirus, There is a Exclude Option given in the settings. Through this exclude option, we will add the BUSY file in it where BUSY is already installed.

Step 4: Select the BUSY software files and exclude it

1. Check Anti Virsu and add the BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders to Anti Virsu.
2. Uninstall the BUSY application and re install.
3. Inbound and outbound rules for BUSY firewalls
4. Checked by disabling Windows Defender
5. Set the Never Notify User Control setting from the control panel option.
6. Give full permission to the BUSY Win folder.
7. Re start the system; re start the internet.
You can check the system and BUSY requirement by considering the following points:
