What should I do if my BUSY run in demo mode?
If BUSY is showing in demo mode, then you need to check these troubleshooting steps:
In case of softlock.
Step 1: Go to company menu and click on License Managment.
Step 2: Click on Re-Validate Softlock License and press Yes to proceed then check after reopen the BUSY.
In case of Dongle.
Step 1: Re insert your dongle in system's other port and check after reopen the BUSY.
Step 2: You can also check the same dongle in other system to check if problem in dongle or in the system.
How can I resolve issues with accessing data directories in BUSY from client systems?
If unable to access the data directories of server on the client system, you need to try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Make sure both system connected on the same network i.e, LAN or WIFI.
Step 2: The data folder should be shared on the network so that on client system can access that folder.
Step 3: Ensure that all the serurity rights to the data folder.
Step 4: Make sure that your antivirus software is not blocking to access the network folders.
Can't connect to BUSY software remotely, showing client offline error. How to fix?
if BUSY Useing Multiuser or Count mode of Client Showing offline or demo folow the below step
Step 1: Check Local network properly working or not
Step 2: Check antivirus and firewell exclude the antivirus to BUSY21.exe and BUSY folder
Step 3: Set UAC on never notify mode on server pc
Step 4: if BUSY run SQL enviroment then Check dongel server or BUSYagent count enable or not
Step 5: Check SQL Service from SQL Configuration Manager option
Why does the BUSY is running on demo mode?
If the BUSY is running on demo mode, check the possible solution.
In case of softlock.
1. Re open the BUSY and check.
2. Check by re validate the license from license management tab in case of softlock license.
3. Ensure that model is selected as per license.
In case of Dongle.
Step 1: Re insert your dongle in system's other port and check after reopen the BUSY.

What should I do if my serial number is not showing in demo mode?
If you software in running on demo mode check options mentioned below:
If you are using BUSY dongle then check your dongle is working and check by changing port the restart BUSY.
If you have BUSY softlock license then revaidate license by following steps below:
Step1: Go to company menu and then click on license management option
Step2: Now click on revalidate softlock license option and then press yes
Step3: After that a confirmation message will appear on the screen and then restart BUSY
Why is the software running in demo mode if i have license and asking for registration?
If the software is running in demo mode and prompts for registration, it has possible that the license is not detected in your system. In such a scenario, follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to company menu and then click on license management option
Step2: Now click on revalidate softlock license option and press yes
Step3: After successfully validation a confirmation message will display on the screen. Following this, you can restart BUSY and proceed with your work without facing any errors
How can I connect my BUSY server to the other system?
To connect your BUSY server to the other system follow the below steps:
Step1: Ensure to connect another client system with the server system through same networking
Step2: Then make sure to share data folder with full rights to the another system
Step3: Now open BUSY in another client system and go to the company menu
Step4: Then click on set data directory option and specify path or location of shared data folder through networking.
Step5: Then restart BUSY and check license has been found
How can I get the OTP for logging into BUSY?
You will have to enter OTP when Using Demo Version and after create company if you want to see created comapnies you will have to do Demo Registeration and there you will enter all required details with Email id and Contact No. and you will get the OTP on specified E-mail id and Contact No and enter in their respective Fields.Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive the OTP in your inbox.
How can i resolve issues if I am unable to see my serial number on titlebar of BUSY software
If you are unable to see your BUSY serial number on title bar of BUSY software may be currently your BUSY is in demo mode
To fix this problem follow this:
In case of dongle/USB license you ned to reinsert dongle in different port and then check
In case of softlock license key you need to revalidate your license from license management option otherwise do the softlock registration process from license management option and proceed
The client system is not connecting with main server in SQL Database of BUSY. What should i do?
If client system is not connecting in SQL database, then you need to check these Troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Check both systems are properly connected through LAN or WIFI.(If on same location)
Step 2: For different location you need to check static IP and port should be open.
Step 3: Ensure correct server information is mentioned in set server informat on client system.
Step 4: Check your antivirus not blocking the connectivity.
Step 5: Make sure that the dongle server is running.
