What should i do if my BUSY license not found even the license file is placed in their location ?

If you are unable to logged in BUSY then follow the given steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY software
Step 2: Then click on License management option
Step 3: Then click on Revalidate softlock license option
Step 4: Then click on YES button
Step 5: Afterward, system has successfully received the confirmation message for the license.
Step 6: Then you are restart the BUSY and check the license

BUSY is showing demo mode after I insert the dongle. What should I do to exit demo mode?

If BUSY is showing in demo mode after inserting the dongle, you can try the following steps:
1. Guide the party to Remove the dongle and reinsert again
2. Exit BUSY and reopen it
If this step don't work, Insert this dongle on other sysem is it working or not ,if this dongle work properly on other system so change the USB port of First system.

My dongle is not working, what steps should I take to resolve this issue?

If your dongle is not working with BUSY Accounting software, you can try the following steps: 
1. Make sure the dongle is properly inserted into the USB port of your computer.
2. Try using a different USB port on your computer.
3. Dongle drive must be updated or you can check by reinstalling the dongle drivers.
4: Ensure that BUSY model is selected as per license.

My Client System is not connecting to the admin system and I can't access my data. What could be causing this connection issue?

If your client pc not connecting with your admin system you may check following things:
1: Check IP is pinging in client pc, if you are connecting client pc with LAN.
2: Check data folder is shared properly in client pc , Incase of access data.
3: check port code and ip address and tcp configuration in sql server , Incase of sql database.

The data path defined in BUSY client and server are different. How to match them?

To match the data path defined in BUSY client and server, 
Step1: Connect the Client and main server with any desk or ultraviewr.
Step2: Go to the Data Directory Path.
Step3: Check the Path on main server and check in client.
Step3: If the both are different and then same directory path needs to be defined in both the client and server.

BUSY running in demo mode after installing BUSY 21 release 9.0 in case of dongle what to do ?

If BUSY running in demo mode after installing BUSY 21 release 9.0 in case of dongle, you have to convert dongle to softlock for this and you have to send mail to Support@busy.in with the latterhead request and invoice copy, and with all necessary details like company name, contact person, mobile number, registered mail ID, sr. no., etc.

Why is my client showing in Demo in BUSY even when I have turned on my internet connection?

If client system running in demo mode then you can trouble shoot some steps:
Step 1: Restart system of server then client system.
Step 2: If issue persist then ensure data directory and set sharing path there
Step 3: If data belongs to SQL then you can set server informat it should be correct and refresh dongle server at server system.

How do I handle issues caused by multiple users accessing the company data at once?

To handle issues caused by multiple users accessing the same company data at once, we recommend to use LAN connectivity. If they are in different locations, You need to set up a static IP address and port forwarding for your network. You also need to make sure that your antivirus software does not block the network traffic.

When i open BUSY it showing in demo mode in case of softlock. How do i resolve it?

If your BUSY is running in demo mode in case of softlock license, you need to follow these steps to resolve it:
Step 1: Go to License Management under the Company menu.
Step 2: Select Re-Validate Softlock License and wait for the process. This process needs internet.
Step 3: After successfully revalidate your license you can reopen your BUSY.

While Revalidate Softlock show Licence file not available follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Licence management
Step 2: Go to Get softlock Licence

Registration Password (Forgot Password)
Step 5: After Received Licence file on mail
Step 6: download file > Copy licence file > Paste where is BUSY installed >Reopen BUSY
