If your dongle number is not being recognized by the BUSY, check the below possible solution:
1: Check by insert dongle into another port.
2: Dongle drive must be updated or you can check by reinstalling the dongle drivers.
3: Ensure that BUSY model is selected as per license.
I am unable to access the share data. What should i do?
If you are not able to access the share data under the network tab then you need to check on the server system and check sharing is properly done or not. You have to also check the folder has proper security rights.

I Opened BUSY and error message show ‘A valid security device could not be found program will start in demo mode’ follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Licence Management
Step 2: Re-validate Softlock Licence
Step 3: Select ‘Yes’
Step 4: Reopen BUSY
While open BUSY run in demo mode.
Steps to follow if BUSY run in demo mode:
Step 1: Go to company menu and select licence management.
Step 2: Then click on revalidate softlock licence file and make sure your system is connected to internet.
Step 3: Then reopen BUSY again.
The license verification in BUSY is giving me problems. What do I need to do?
If license verification is showing an error follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu and select license management option.
Step 2: Then select revalidate license file option.
Step 3: After completion of the process you need to restart BUSY again.
