If your internet is disconnected while using BUSY, here's what you can and cannot access:
 You Can Access:
 1: BUSY is primarily a desktop application. Even without an internet connection, you can access and use features such as master entry, voucher entry, and reports. These do not require an internet connection.
 You Cannot Access:
 1: However, if you need to use certain features like e-way bills, e-invoicing, GST reconciliation, HSN & GSTIN validation, or Google Drive backup, you will require a proper internet connection. These features depend on internet connectivity.
 2:Additionally, BUSY offers an online version called BUSY Online. If your internet is disconnected, you won't be able to access BUSY Online. You would need to connect to an alternative internet source to use it, as it relies on an internet connection.
 In summary, while most of BUSY's core features can be used without the internet, certain online and GSP (Goods and Services Provider) features do require an active internet connection.

 2. Restart Download, Sometimes, interruptions may occur during the download. Restart the download process from the beginning to see if it progresses more smoothly. 
 3. Use a Different Browser, Try using a different web browser to download the software. Some browsers may have better compatibility with certain download servers. 
 4. Disable Antivirus/Firewall, Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall, as they might be blocking the download. Make sure to enable them back after the download is complete.

If the problem is with your individual machine versus a wider issue with your servers, you need to check the below option for troubleshooting.
1. Check Anti Virsu and add the BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders to Anti Virsu.
2. Uninstall the BUSY application and re install.
3. Inbound and outbound rules for BUSY firewalls
4. Checked by disabling Windows Defender
5. Set the Never Notify User Control setting from the control panel option.
6. Give full permission to the BUSY Win folder.
7. Re start the system; re start the internet.
8. Check if other users are experiencing the same issue. If multiple users are facing the same problem, it is likely a server issue. 
However, if you are the only one experiencing the problem, it may be specific to your machine, then you can contact your hardware person or IT person.
