1. Take the latest data backup and re-index the database for smooth functioning in case of access.
2. Delete the exported Excel and PDF files from the database folder.
3. BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders are not added to Anti-Virsu.
4. Update the latest BUSY release.
5. Add in inbound and outbound rules for BUSY users in the firewall.
6. Check your Windows Defender.
7. Give everyone's permission in the BUSY Win folder.
The software is slow and crashing frequently. What can I do to improve performance and prevent crashes?
To improve performance and prevent crashes of the software, please follow below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Kindly ensure only single setup should install in your system.
Step 2: Right click on the BUSY Icon and go to properties.
Step 3: Click on compatibility and select option run this program in compatibility mode and run this program as an administration.
Step 4: Go to Control Panel and search UAC and drag bar to never notify.
Step 5: Restart system and open BUSY
