I am unable to print e-Way bills and invoices with the right transaction types from BUSY. What settings do I need to check to resolve this?

If issues with printing e-Way bills and invoices in BUSY software may require a detailed look at your configuration. Having some steps to check and settings to review in BUSY are as follows: 
1: Ensure that all the GSP configuration information provided like GSP ID etc for generating the e-way bill is accurate in GST/VAT 
2: For this, we have to check that the invoice details, transporter details, PIN code, and other relevant information are added correctly there are no checks possible 
3: Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable and working properly 
4: Verify that you have the latest version of BUSY installed. If not, update to the latest version 
5: if the PDF is working properly in the system or if it is BUSY Also if it is not working you need to reinstall the PDF. 
6:First of all, you need to check whether turning window features on or off from the control panel as follows: 
Go to the control panel. 
a: Go to the control panel. 
b: Select the Programs and Features option. 
c: Click on the option for Turn Windows features on or off. 
d: Then select an option. Netframework 3.5 includes.NET2.0 
and 3.0 & then tick both options in it as Windows 
Communication Foundation HTTP Activation and 
Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation 
e: Then restart the system & then check
