I'm unable to take printouts of the e-invoices/e-way bills. How do I set the default printer?How do I correct errors in pin codes, addresses etc. when generating e-invoices?
If you are unable to print E-waybill and E-invoice from BUSY follow these steps to troubleshoot these error:
Step 1: Go to control panel and click on program and features
Step 2: Then click on turn windows features on or off then make sure 3.5 DOT NET FRAMEWORK should be enable in that window if not enabled then enable this and restart your system
Step 3: Make sure adobe reader is your default pdf viewer
Step 4: If still facing issue try to print E-waybill and E-invoice from another system
Step 5: Also check the internet connectivity of your system and make sure if any antivirus exist then BUSY should be excluded from it
To set default printer in BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to admninistration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration button
Step 3: Then click on hardware configuration button
Step 4: Set default printer driver and save the changes
To troubleshoot the pincode and address related errors in E-invoice make sure below points:
Step 1: Pincode and address is properly specified in party master and in transport details window
Step 2: Then go to administration tab
Step 3: Then click on configuration button
Step 4: Then click on features and option
Step 5: Open GST/VAT tab and click on E-waybill configuration and check from pincode and location is correct
Step 6: Then go to the company tab and click on edit company and check details like state,address and pincode etc should be correct
Step 7: After checking all of this try to generate E-invoice
