What is BUSY's BLS and when does it need renewal?
1.BUSY License Subscription (BLS) is an annual subscription service for BUSY accounting software that keeps your software up-to-date, compliant, and connected to online services.
2. BLS needs to be renewed every year (typically valid for 360 days after renewal) and you can renew it before it expires so features keep working without interruption.
I want to renew my BUSY subscription. What are the charges and the process for renewal?
The charges for renewal of BUSY is based on the model and version you are
using and for how much period you are going to renew it
For renewal of BUSY you have to send us mail on response@busy.in with the billing information of your company along with payment details
Is there an annual renewal cost for continuing the paid plan?
Yes, BUSY has an annual license subscription plan which includes some features like BUSY updated, GSP services, Customer support, BUSY mobile application, BUSY BNS app, BDEP Service, Audit trial and many more. If the BLS is not updated then you will not be able to use the features which relate to BLS.
How do I make payments for BUSY subscription
If you want to renew your BUSY subscription then you need to contact to your authorized channel partner and can pay the charges for renewal.

What happens if my BLS expires before I renew it? Will I be able to continue using BUSY?
If BLS is expired before renwal then you are able to use BUSY properly but not able to use BLS services such as download GST reconcilation, Eway and Einvoice auto creation any update, etc.

I purchased a lifetime plan for BUSY. Do I need to renew it every year?
No, if you have purchased a lifetime plan for BUSY, you do not need to renew it every year.
Your software will run you will be able to post entry but some faeture will stop working wil include in BUSY License Subscription (BLS). Customer support will be discontinued .
Why am I unable to generate invoices or codes without an active BLS?

What happens if I don't renew my BUSY license?
If you don't renew your BUSY license:
1.You lose online support.
2.You won't receive any latest updates.
3.All BLS services will be stopped.
4.If your company falls under private limited or limited liability partnership as per MCA guidelines, you won't be able to conduct transactions.
To resume work, you must renew the license.
How can I determine my subscription level in BUSY if I think I'm missing some features?
To determine your subscription level in BUSY and check if you are missing any features, you can go to the Help menu in the software and click on the "Benefits of BLS" option. This will show you a list of features available in your current subscription plan.
