What are the features available in different models of BUSY?

There are three models in BUSY i.e Basic, Standard and Enterprise and here are the features:
Basic: In basic, we have Financial Accounting, Multi inventory, Tds/ tcs, Gst Reports (Return, Register, E-return), User configuration and VAT report
Standard: In standard, we have Quotation, Order, Challan System, Scheme Management, Bill of Material and production, Voucher auditing, BUSY mobile app, Inventory features( batch no. wise detail, parameter wise stock, serial no. wise stock, MRP wise stock) , Job work, Reconcilation, BDEP.
Enterprise: In enterprise including basic and standard feature also, Payroll, indent management, Branch wise item pricing, Automatic data sync from branches to headoffice, voucher or master approval, master series group, Support/Enquiry Management

Do you provide training on using BUSY. How do I register softlock file in BUSY.

Yes, BUSY provides training on using BUSY to watch training videos you can visit our youtube channel named BUSY accouting software.
To register softlock file in BUSY you need to follow below given steps.
Step 1: Open your BUSY and then Go to company menu then select softlock registration.
Step 2: Then mention serial no details like serial no, activation key etc. and leave other configuration as default.
Step 3: After successful registration you will receive mail on your registered mail id with licence file attached with it.
Step 4: Then copy paste that licence file in the BUSYwin folder where BUSY is install and reopen the BUSY again.

Where can I find BUSY tutorials and documentation?

You can access the BUSY's video tutorials and documentation by using these steps:
Step 1: Visit our official website www.busy.in and click on the resources tab. There you will find our upcoming online webinars and previous recorded webinars.You can watch them and register yourself for upcoming webinars.
Step 2: Use the software itself and look for the play button next to each feature. This button will take you to a short video tutorial that explains how to use that feature.
Step 3: You can also access the user manual from the software by going to the Help menu.

What are the features of the BASIC version compared to the STANDARD version in BUSY?

In the standard version,there are many features available compared to the basic version, 
1:In Standard version,E invoice and E way Bill you can generate automaticaly from BUSY, but in Basic version, e invoice fetaure is not available.
2:In Standard version,you can reconcile the GST,But not in basic version.
3:In Standard version,you can Upload GSTR1 e return Direct upload form BUSY,
4:In Standard version,you can sent email and whatsapp directly,
