What is the process to create a second company with zero transactions and only copy masters from an existing company in BUSY?

The process to create a second company with zero transactions and only copy masters from an existing company in BUSY below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: Open the BUSY and click on the Create company option. There is an option for Copy Masters and Configuration at the bottom you have to select this option. Through this, the configuration of the existing company will also copied along with masters from the existing to the new company.
Step 2: If do not want to copy the configuration and only master you can use the XML process that is available from the standard or saffron model onwards. Through this, you can carry only Master from one company to another company.
Step 3: For the Using XML option first you have to open the existing company and go to the Administration menu then the Data Export/Import option then sub menu Data Export/Import(XML) option.
Step 4: Then click on the Export data option after that select the Masters option and export it. Then create a new company and select Not required from the bottom.
Step 5: After creating the new company go to the Administration menu then the Data Export/Import option then sub menu Data Export/Import(XML) option select the Import data option and import the masters.
Note: If you are using the basic model or Blue model of BUSY so for it XML is not available so you have to use the Excel Export/Import option for it.
