Troubleshooting steps for resolving issues with BUSY not generating barcodes and QR codes on invoices.
Step 1. Ensure that E-invoices are generated directly from BUSY.
Step 2. In the standard format, make sure to enable the printing of IRN numbers, Acknowledged Numbers, dates, and QR codes.
Step 3. In the Advanced Format, confirm that the correct fields for IRN numbers, Acknowledged Numbers, dates, and QR codes are configured.
Step 4. Ensure that your internet connection is stable.
Step 5. Ensure that your windows is upto date and dot net framework is installed.
If you are using a Windows server, you need to enable the desktop experience. To do this, follow these steps.
Step 1. Go to Start, then click on Control Panel, and finally click on Server Manager.
Step 2. On the left side pane, click on Features. Under the Features Summary section, click on Add Features.
Step 3. On the Select Features page, select the Desktop Experience checkbox.
Step 4. Review the required features to be installed, click Add Required Features, and then click Next.
Step 5. On the Confirm Installation Selections page, ensure the Desktop Experience feature will be installed, and click Install.
Step 6. On the Installation Results page, you will be prompted to reboot the server to complete the installation.
Step 7. Simply click Close and then click Yes to reboot the server.
Step 8. Once the server restarts, log in to the server, and the remaining installation steps will be completed.
