Why does the e-way bill print option disappear after generating an E-Waybill? How can I make it consistently visible?
The e-way bill print option may disappear due to certain settings or configurations. To make it consistently visible, you can check if the option is enabled in the settings of your software or you can check these following steps :
1: Ensure that all the GSP configuration information provided like GSP ID etc for generating the e-way bill is accurate in GST/VAT
2: For this, we have to check that the invoice details, transporter details, PIN code, and other relevant information are added correctly there are no checks possible
3: Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable and working properly
4: Verify that you have the latest version of BUSY installed. If not, update to the latest version
5: if the PDF is working properly in the system or if it is BUSY Also if it is not working you need to reinstall the PDF.
6:First of all, you need to check whether turning window features on or off from the control panel as follows:
Go to the control panel.
a: Go to the control panel.
b: Select the Programs and Features option.
c: Click on the option for Turn Windows features on or off.
